Welcome to a new paradigm that will make your employment life more efficient.  There are a myriad of call management systems and lead generation programs on the market.  Most of them are very good and some are excellent for medium and large scale business enterprises.   And, that is where the problem lies.  Most of us are small entrepreneurs who have little or no tools that meets our needs.

Well, we have heard your cries, and have answered your prayers.  Most sales persons today do not use these call management/ customer relations packages because the learning curve it too step and there are just to many functions to learn.  Too many software packages today are just overly bloated software.  We at IACMS, are here to break the mold and to shatter the glass ceilings.  Therefore, we have decided to make minimalist software that can vault the small entrepreneur in the right direction so that this entrepreneur can vault themselves into a lean and mean profit generating machine.

Keeping It Simple

In your busy life you want to keep it simple and we understand that.  The philosophy of this system is that you have a call list.   This call list has minimal information on your potential clients.&nsp; This call list, be it paper or electronic, contains the following information:

  1. First Name of Contact
  2. Last Name of Contact
  3. Date of Birth of Contact
  4. Race or Ethnic Group Contact belongs to
  5. Gender of the Contact
  6. House or Apartment Number of the Contact
  7. Street Name where the Contact Resides
  8. City in which the Contact resides
  9. Zip Code + 4 of the Contact
  10. State or Region where the contact resides

I should add that you are not entirely sure of the quality of the data in the list.  Yet, this list is a treasure trove of profits if you are able to utilize it properly.  As you are selling insurance, one of the first things is to generate a list of contacts by the zip code in which they reside.  Additionally, as the services you sell are age related, the next item is to segregate your list by age categories.  Our software allows you to calculate the age of your clients on the fly.   This means that the program automatically gives you the correct age of the contact at the time you research the contact.

Now that you are gaining control of your contact list, the next thing is to turn these contacts into quality leads.IACMS, assists you in doing this by scheduling future introductory calls for each of the leads in an area code or calling the contact directly.   When you call a contact, at the top of the make a call page, you see the telephone number you are calling, the person whom you are calling, their gender, date of birth, current age in years, their street address, the city where they reside, and their zip code.

On this call page, you can specify the reason for the call, the time the call ended, the status of the call, (from a pull down menu).   You are able to type in notes of items discussed during the call.  You are also able to include comments and notes on topics that were noto discussed during the call.  Finally in the general area you are able to schedule a future call back and specify a time and date for that call.

And, that is not all.  You can select the type of insurance the person you are having a conversation with is interested in.   Currently, the two choices are additional Medicare coverage and/or life insurance.
